¿Cómo crear una foto 3d para verla en un televisor LG 3D?

Los televisores LG 3D además de permitir ver video en 3D a través de su entrada USB , también nos permite visualizar fotos en 3D.

¿Cómo lo hace?

Como sabemos la magia de la tercera dimensión se hace con dos imágenes (o videos), que al repartirlas una a cada ojo, nuestro cerebro crea la ilusión de profundidad. El televisor al cargar este tipo de imagen, simplemente las mezcla y los lentes se encargan de repartirlas una a cada ojo.

¿Cómo crear una foto 3D para verla en nuestro TV LG?

Primero que todo debemos disponer de una cámara fotográfica (o un celular con al menos 2 Megapixeles de resolución para que la foto resultante sea aceptable).

Luego debemos tomar dos fotos enfocadas a un solo punto, con la única diferencia que la primera foto, la tomaremos normalmente a nuestro objetivo y la segunda imagen será tomada aprox. 7 cm a la derecha con respecto a la primera foto, pero enfocada al mismo punto.

Para comprender mejor, pensemos en la forma como miramos el mundo con nuestros dos ojos. Nuestros ojos están separados aprox. 7 cm uno del otro, pero ambos están mirando a un mismo punto, y por ello podemos determinar la profundidad o distancia de algún objeto o persona que este frente a nosotros, de esta misma forma deberemos tomar nuestras dos fotos, una izquierda y una derecha para cada ojo respectivamente. Es importante tener en cuenta cuál es la foto izquierda y cuál es la derecha, pues el efecto no funciona si las invertimos. Para esto es mejor nombrar nuestra primera foto como “izquierda” y la otra como “derecha”, así las identificamos mejor.

¿Ya tienes tus dos fotos?

Ok, ahora debemos descargar un pequeño pero potente programa que nos creará nuestra foto en 3D. Este programa se llama Stereo Photo Maker y lo podemos descargar gratuitamente de la siguiente url: http://stereo.jpn.org/eng/stphmkr/

Para nuestro proyecto utilizaremos el formato de imágen MPO, que en realidad es un contenedor de varias imágenes, y es reconocido por estos televisores. (Este método es probado sólo en televisores 3D marca LG).

1. Abrimos nuestro programa. Pulsamos en el icono abrir imagen izquierda y derecha

2. Luego con la tecla CONTROL presionada seleccionamos primero nuestra foto izquierda y luego la derecha, y pulsamos abrir. NOTA: NO SELECCIONAR PRIMERO LA FOTO DERECHA, PUES LAS FOTOS QUEDARÍAN INVERTIDAS Y EL EFECTO NO SE VERÁ.

Quedaría algo así:

3. Las fotos 3D tomadas con una sola cámara generalmente quedan desalineadas, una más arriba que la otra, o con un leve giro, para eso nuestro programa posee una herramienta de autoalineado, lo pulsamos.

4. Ahora solo nos queda redimensionar nuestras fotos al tamaño de la pantalla de nuestro televisor, es decir a 1080p. Pulsamos la tecla R y aparecerá una ventana para introducir el nuevo tamaño. En la parte inferior verificamos que esté seleccionado “keep aspect ratio” para que nuestras fotos se proporcionen y no pierdan su forma, luego en la parte superior en la casilla “Y” escribimos 1080, y la casilla X no la tocamos, luego pulsamos OK.

5. Por último guardamos nuestra foto. Pulsamos “File” y luego “Save MPO file…”, le ponemos un nombre y la guardamos en una memoria USB.

Listo! ahora insertamos la memoria USB en el Televisor. El televisor suele reconocerla automáticamente y entramos en la función de Fotos y a disfrutar nuestra foto 3D.
